Meet Mark Frechette

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Frechette brings a solid mix of CFO and systems skills to his position of Chief Financial Officer at NextLevel. 

His 32 years of experience in finance have included positions at General Electric as an auditor, general accountant and division analyst. 

Mark also served as CFO for an integrated circuit company, where he did extensive work in opening international locations in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico and Brazil. 
His M&A track record in this position included selling this company in a leveraged buyout to a private equity firm and then re-selling it seven years later to a strategic buyer. 

Mark is well-versed in deal-making and synergy identification; his acquisition work has included the due diligence and deal structuring associated with the purchase of five companies in part or in whole.

Financial Modeling

Mark's financial modeling skills include development of a total cost model he has used in sales presentations, which helps potential customers get through the make or buy decision.  He also is an expert at developing cost allocation methodologies and product/customer/work order profitability logic.

Mark is proficient at all core CFO duties, including budgets, variance analysis, sales compensation, financial controls, reporting, audits and growing a finance and accounting function from a single person to an international staff of eight people.

His systems experience includes stints as a Decision Support Manager for two Fortune 500 companies, where he created functions that developed reports for senior management use. These included identifying data to be used in database form, manipulating files and writing code to produce results that he presented at the Board level.

Mark received his Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where he graduated cum laude and majored in Finance.  He also received an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.  During his tenure at General Electric, he graduated from the company’s Financial Management Program.
Mark’s experience brings a broad perspective to NextLevel, including a familiarity with the Manchester/Nashua market and the growing demand for sophisticated financial skills among many area businesses.
