Meet Bob Greene

Finance & Operations

Bob Greene is an accomplished Finance and Operations leader with over a dozen years experience at the VP/C-Level. He has demonstrated the ability to identify issues, develop an action plan and achieve targeted goals on schedule and on budget. As a strategic planner, he defines and communicates broad business objectives, determines and measures key performance indicators that support the business plan, and identifies and implements improvements to accelerate performance.

Bob’s most recent role prior to NextLevel was Chief Financial Officer of a medium sized Development and Construction firm with expertise in single family residential, multi-unit condominiums, historic mill renovations and rental property management for both residential and commercial space. After an initial three month consulting assignment, he was offered the full time position with responsibilities for Accounting, Finance, IT and Human Resources. The successful implementation of a new job cost accounting system along with revised organizational process resulted in an 8 point increase in net profit as a % of revenue his first year with the Company. He later assumed responsibility for Sales and Marketing for the single-family construction portion of the business. He also has served as Treasurer and Board Member of 6 Homeowner/Condominium Associations.

With a BA in Economics from Lafayette College and an MBA from Rutgers University, Bob is well trained for financial and budgetary responsibilities. He has been responsible for multi-million dollar expense and capital budgets as well as monthly budget vs. actual variance analyses. He has strong spreadsheet skills, having produced a comprehensive financial model that tracked revenue and 200+ cost components to produce a 5-year consolidated financial pro forma used in a $15M “D” Round Private Placement Memorandum.

Human Resources

He has recruited, hired and trained hundreds of employees over the last 20+ years. He has written job descriptions, HR manuals, Policy and Procedure Guides, Performance Bonus Plans, conducted performance reviews, and promoted top performers. He has built 100+ employee organizational teams where every member knows their role in meeting a company's mission.
